<br /> as executor of the estate of Clarence Mattinqly, Deceased, being
<br /> the duly appointed, qualified and acting executor of said estate on
<br /> this date, and in pursuance of the power and authority granted and
<br /> conferred upon me, under the terms of the Last Will and Testament of
<br /> Clarence Mattingly, Deceased, which Last Will and Testament was duly
