<br /> herein called the Grantors, in consideration of $1.00 and other
<br /> good and sufficient consideration received from Grantee, do quitclaim,
<br /> grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto GERTRUDE N. THOMPSON,
<br /> herein called the Grantee, the following described real property
<br /> in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br /> All that part of the North Half of Lot Nine (9) of the Count�
<br /> Subdivision of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter (S2SE�)
<br /> of Section Sixteen (16) Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine
<br /> (9) V'lest of the 6th P.r�1. , Hall County, Nebraska, now owned by
<br /> Grantors which lies westerly of a line described as follows:
<br /> Commencing at a point where a line projected from the Southeast
<br /> corner of Lot Eight ($) in Block One Hundred Three (103) Koenig
<br /> & Wiebe's Addition to the City of Grand Island to the Northeast
<br /> corner of Lot One (1) in Block Six (6) in Wiebets Addition to the
<br /> City of Grand Island intersects the nortn line of said Lot Nine
<br /> (9) of said County Subdivision and running thence westerly to a
<br /> point Sixty-four (64) feet to the west along the north line of
<br /> said Lot Nine (9) which point is the point of beginning; thence
<br /> from that point running southerly on a line which is parallel to
<br /> the easterly boundary of Lot Nine (9) to the center of said Lot
<br /> Nine (9) and which by virtue of this deed shall be the dividing
<br /> line between property owned by Grantors to the east thereof in
<br /> the Northerly Half of said Lot Nine (9) and by Grantee to the west
<br /> thereof in the northerly Half of said Lot Nine (9k Grantors reserve
<br /> an easement for overhanging eaves of two garages which are now
<br /> located just east of said dividing line and also the right to go
<br /> upon said premises hereby conveyed to paint and repair the west
<br /> sides of such garages which easement shall continue so long as
<br /> either garage remains in existence in its present location. No
<br /> fence shall be erected between these properties.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises together
<br /> with all tenements, hereditaments and appuxtenances thereto belon;ing
<br /> unto the Grantee and to Grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
