KINMAN and FIRST CONTINENTAL NATIONAL BANK AND <br /> TRUST COMPANY, as Trustee, herein called the grantors, in <br /> consideration of FORTY-SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS, <br /> ($47,500,00) received from grantees, does grant, bargain, <br /> sell, convey and conf irm unto ROBERT T. MARLAND and <br /> Mar9 Helen MARLAND, his wife, as joint ten- <br /> ants with right of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, <br /> the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska: <br /> Commencing at a point on the South line of Anna Street <br /> in Grand Island, 246.5 feet Southwesterly from a point <br /> where the West line of the County Road running North <br /> and South through the Southwest Quarter and the South- <br /> erly part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 21, <br /> Township 11 North, Range 9, West of the 6th P.M. in <br /> • Ha11 County, Nebraska, intersects with the South line <br /> of Anna Street; running thence in a Southeasterly <br /> direction at right angles 135 feet to an iron pin; <br /> thence in a Northeasterly direction 125.9 feet to an <br /> iron pin; thence in an Northwesterly direction 132 <br /> feet to an iron pin located on the Southerly line of <br /> Anna Street; thence in a Southwesterly direction along <br /> the Southerly line of Anna Street, a distance of 126.5 <br /> feet to the point of beginning, said tract of land <br /> having a frontage of 126.5 feet on Anna Street and a <br /> depth on the West side of 135 feet and a depth on the <br /> east side of 132 feet. � <br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the ,above described premises together with <br /> all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belong- <br /> ing unto the grantees and to their assigns, or to the heirs and <br /> assigns of the survivor of them forever. <br /> The said Bertha J. Kinman hereby transfers and conveys her <br /> entire interest in the aforedescribed real estate of any and <br /> all natures whatsoever, and any and all rights of any and all <br /> natures whatsoever that she may have therein whether by reason <br /> of the original conveyance to her or under the terms of the <br /> Last Will and Testament of Thomas F. Kinman, Deceased, and <br /> i assigns and transfers to the grantees any powers with respect <br /> to said real estate that she may have under said Last Will and <br /> Testament and her said warranties hereinafter �shall cover an <br /> absolute fee simple title to said real estate. <br /> First Continental National Bank 8� Trust Company hereby conveys <br /> } � the right, title, interest, estate, claim or demand that it <br /> has to said premises by virtue of being a Trustee under the <br /> Last Will end Testament of the said Thomas F.
