<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by PFI, L.L.C.,
<br />Nebraska limited liability company to OLD REPUBLIC NATIONAL TITLE
<br />INSURANCE COMPANY, Trustee for the benefit of JUDY DEE HAWKS, RICHARD
<br />HAWKS, JR., KENNETH HAWKS, CANDACE L. HARDY AND JO1vI K. ST. PIERRE,
<br />the beneficiary named therein, dated December 23, 2011, recorded December 23, 2011 in the
<br />Hall County Register of Deeds Office as Document No. 201109695 has been paid, and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
