Rapp, Jr. and Joan L. <br />Rapp, husband and wife, as Trustor, in which Archer Cooperative Credit Union, is named <br />as Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of the obligations dated July 1, 2004, for <br />which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature of such breach is <br />the Trustor's failure to make debt payments as they became due. <br />You are hereby notified that because of such default, the indebtedness secured by said <br />Deed of Trust is accelerated and as of January 6, 2012, is in the amount of $56,647.47, plus <br />interest thereafter. <br />You are further notified that because of such default the undersigned has elected to <br />sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the obligations under said Deed of Trust; <br />the trust property affected is as follows: <br />Lot One (1), Norwood Second Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Dated this � day of January, 2012. <br />Archer Cooperative Credit Union, Trustee <br />By: <br />Stephen R.
