<br /> Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> under the Last Will and Testament of Pauline Krause, deceased, filed and probated in the County Court of
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, on the 28th day of June, 1930.
<br /> The said William F. Krause is well known to me and he was deceased on January 2, 1949 leaving
<br />' as his only children, Harold Krause, Agnes Krause Purcells, Norman Krause, William Krause, Jr., and
<br /> Emma Krause; no other children were bo�n to him.

<br /> Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> for the total sum and purchase price of Two Thousand and 00/100 ($2,000,00) Dollars, together with all
<br /> unpaid sums of money due and to become due to the undersigned under the terms of said contract, and to-
<br />; gether with all of the right, title, and interest of the undersigned in and to said real property.
<br /> THIS ASSIGNMENT is made without recourse to HOME OWNERS� LOAN CORPORATION, and is subject to
<br /> the right of any person liable for the payment of the debt evidenced by the said contract of sale to
<br /> discharge such indebtedness in whole or in part with bonds of the HOME OWNERSt LOAN CORPORATION at their .
<br /> face value. Anything in the said contract of sale, any extension or modification thereof, and this
<br /> assignment to the contrary notwithstanding, the Assignee herein, its successors and assigns, shall not
<br /> demand or be entitled to collect in�erest on the assigned debt at a rate in excess of foar and one-half
<br /> percent per annum.
<br /> THE ASSIGNEE herein hereby accepts the withi� assignment and agrees to be bound by all of the
<br /> terms, provisions, and conditions of said contract, and as such Assignee covenants and agrees to perform
<br /> all of the covenants, conditions, and agreements of said contract that are binding upon and are to be
<br /> done and performed bq the Assignor herein.
