<br /> records at the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, and that he knows of his own knoaledge
<br /> that the Minnie D. Guinan, the grantee in such deed, is the same person as Minnie B. Guinan� the grantor in a
<br /> certain warranty deed conveying such property to Neyman Bredeson and Ma.r3orie A. Bredeson, which deed is
<br />.� recorded in Book gg at Page 395 of the deed records in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, and is the same person as the Minnie B. Guinan, the sole legatee and devisee under the last will
<br />:� and testament of Bernard J. Guinan, which last will and testament was duly admitted to probate in the County
<br /> Court of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 6th day of D�cember, 1950;
<br /> That such Minnie D. Guinan and Minnie B. Guinan are one and the same person notwithstanding the discrepancy
<br /> in the names.
