<br /> prac�icing mortician in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and have been such for more than twenty-five
<br /> years last past; that I personallp well knew Rudolph Kruse for more than thirtp years during his lifetime,
<br /> who died in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, on December 7, 1950, and at that time was the owner as Joint
<br /> Tenant with Bessie Kruse, his wife, with right of survivorship between them, of the following described real
<br /> estate to wit:
<br /> The North Half of the Northeast Quarter (N2NE4) of Section Twenty-four (24) in Tawnship Ten (10)
<br /> North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., and
<br /> The North 54 feet of Lot Six (6) and the South 12 feet of Lot Seven (7) in Block Fifteen (15) in
<br /> South Grand Island, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, being a rectangular tract
<br /> of ground having a Westerly frontage of 66 feet on Locust Street and a depth of 132 feet,
<br /> all of which real estate is situated in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> and I know of my own personal knowledge that said Rudolph Kruse died on December 7, 1950, for the reason
<br />� that I had charge of the embalming of his body and his burial in the Grand Island Cemetery.
