<br /> Petition of Intervention of plaintiffs herein filed, and upon the Consent of the Village Board of the defendant
<br /> Village of Cairo, Nebraska., a municipal corporation, that the territory described in the Petition of plaintiffs
<br /> and in the Petition of Intervention of the Intervening plaintiffs, be disconnected from the corporate limits
<br /> of said defendant municipal corporation as evidenced by the certified copy af the Resolution of said Village
<br /> Board adopted by a majority vote of all members of said Village Board at a regular meeting thereof held on the
<br /> 7th daq of December, 1950, which Consent has been filed with the Clerk of this Court,
<br /> And pursuant to Section 1?-414 of Revised Statutes of Nebraska, 1943, as amended, the Court finds the
<br /> allegations of plaintiffs+ petition and that of the Petition of Intervention of the Intervening plaintiffs to (2)
<br /> be true and that said plaintiffs and Intervening plaintiffs are entitled to a decree disconnecting the
<br /> premises hereinafter described from the corporate limits of said defendant municipal corporation.
<br /> IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the followi�g described real estate be
<br /> and the same hereby is detached and disconnected from the corporate limits of the Village of Cairo, Nebraska,
<br /> a municipal cdrporation, to wit:
<br /> The West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W�SE4) of Section Twenty-four (24) in Township Twelve (12) _
<br /> North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P. M.,
<br /> A�1 of the Northwest Quarter (NW�) of Section Twenty-five (25) in Township Twelve (12) North,
<br /> Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> All that part of the Northeast Quarter (NE�) of Section Nineteen (19) in Township Twelve (12)
<br /> North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, lying North of the
<br /> right-of-way of the Chicago, Burlington f� Quincy Railroad Company, containing ninetp-seven

<br /> alley line of the Third and Fifth Additions to the Town of Cairo, Nebraska, accordfng to the '
<br /> recorded plats thereof, excepting the following:
<br /> � 1. The tract of land 140 feet East and West by 300 feet North and South lying directly East and
<br /> across the alle�* from Block 5 of the Third Addition to the Town of Cairo, Nebraska, as con-
<br /> veyed by the Lincoln Land Company to Charles E. Brewer by deed dated April 25, 1910;
<br /> 2. The tract of land with a frontage of 140 feet on the extension of Nile Street of said Town
<br /> of Cairo, Nebraska, lying directly East and across the alley from Block numbered 6 of said
<br /> Third addition. to the Town of Cairo, Nebraska, as conveyed by said Lincoln Land Company to
<br /> Harriet N. Hart by deed dated October 24, 1915; _

<br /> Nile Street of said Town of Cairo, between said exceptions 1 and 2 above stated;
<br /> , 4. That part heretofore conveyed by Warranty Deed recorded in Book 63 at Page 635 of the Deed
<br /> Records of Hall County, Nebraska, to the State of Nebraska, '
<br /> The Northeast Quarter (NE4) and the Easterly Seventy-four (?4) acres of the Northwest Quarter
<br /> (NW4) of Section Thirty (30) in Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the
<br /> 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska; -
<br /> ' and the costs of this action are hereby taxes against plaintiffs. .
