All in Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> for the total sum and purchase price of Three Thousand Siic Hundred Fifty and 00/100 (�3,650.00) Dollars, <br /> together with all unpaid sums of money due and to become due to the undersigned under the terms of said <br /> contract, and together with all of the right, title, and interest of the undersigned in and to said real <br /> property. <br /> THIS ASSIGNMENT is made without recourse to HOME OWNERSt LOAN CORPORATION, and is sub3ect to the right <br /> of any person liable for the payment of the debt evidenced by the said contract of sal� to discharge such <br /> indebtedness in whole or in part with bonds of the HOME OWNERS� LOAN CORPORATION at their face value.
