<br /> of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar, and other good and valuable considexation, the receipt whereof is hereby
<br /> acknowledged, does hereby sell, set over, transfer, and assign to FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LflAN ASSOCIATION
<br /> of DAVENPORT, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, having
<br /> its principal place of business at the South East corner of Third and Main Streets, i� the City of
<br /> Davenport, County of Scott and State of Iowa, hereinafter called the Assignee, all of the Assignorfs right
<br /> title� and interest in and to that c�ertain contract of sale dated the 17th dap of July, 1939, where�n and
<br /> whereby the Assignor, as Seller, agreed to sell and MERL � MUNSON and LOIS E. MUNSON, husband and wife agreed
<br /> to buy the following described real estate located in the Citp of Grand Island, County of Hall, and State
<br /> of Nebraska:
<br /> Lots Two Hundred Twenty-eight (228) and 'i'wo Hundred Twenty-nine (229) in West Lawn, an Addition
<br /> to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as sureeyed, platted and recorded.
<br /> for the total sum and purchase price of ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED and no/100 ($1,200.00) Dollars, together
<br /> with all unpaid sums of moneq due and to become due to the undersigned under th� terms of said contract,
<br /> and together with all of the right, title, and interest of the undersi�ned in and to said real property.
<br /> THIS ASSIGNMENT is made without recourse to HOME OtdNERSt LOAN CORPORATION, and is subject to the right
<br /> of any person liable for the payment of the debt evidenced by the said contract of sale to discharge such
<br /> indebtedness in whole or in part with bonds of the HOME OWNERS� LOAN CORPORATION at their face value.
<br /> Anything in the said contract o.f sa.�.e, any extPnsi.�n c�r madification thereof, and this assignment to the
<br /> ; contrary"notwi�hstanding,' the Assigiaee herei,n, its suceessars and assignsy skall not de�nand: or be entitled
<br /> to collect interest on the assigned debt at a rate in excess of four and one-half percent per annum.
<br /> THE ASSIGNEE herein hereby accepts the within assig't3ment and agrees to be bound by all of the t�rms,
<br /> provisions, and condi�ions of said contract, and as such Assignee covenants and agrees to perform all of
<br /> the covenants, conditions, and agreements of said contract that are binding ngon and are to be done and
<br /> perfornied by the Assignor herein.
