<br /> Note No. 2 in the swn of $500.00 due October 1, 1945
<br /> Note No. 3 in the sum of $500.00 due October 1, 1946
<br /> Note No. 4 in the sxan of $500.00 due October 1, 1947
<br /> Note No. 5 in the swn of $500.00 due October 1, 1948
<br /> Note No. 6 in the sura of $500.00 due Octobtr 1, 1949
<br /> Note No. 7 in the swn of $500.00 dne October 1, 1950

<br /> all dated July 9, 1943, with interest at the rate of 3� per cent until maturity, and

<br />� WEIEREAS, First Party has agreed to recognize the validity and priority of the above described lease
<br /> and lease extension in favor of Second Party as surelp and completelq as though First Party had signed the
<br /> lease and lease extension as the Landlord therein, and has further agreed that said Mortgage and any and all
<br /> extensions and renewals thereof, and any or all liens and encumbrances which may hereafter be placed upon
<br /> ...�., the above described real estate fur the benefit of First Party, shall be subordinate in all respects to the
<br /> above described lease and lease extension and all the provisions thereof in favor of Second Party as surely
<br /> .. and completelp as though said lease extension had been dated and recorded prior to the dating and recording

<br /> aeknowledged, First Party for itself, its successors and assigns, hereby eovenants, consents and agrees to
<br /> and with Seeond Partp, its successors and assigns, that First Partq herebq recognizes the validity of the
<br /> herein referred to lease and lease extension and all the provisions thereof as fully and completely as
<br /> though First Partp had execnted said lease and lease e�tension as Landlord therein, and further, that said
<br /> indebtedness represented by the said Mortgage and any and all extensions and renewals thereof, and any and
<br /> all liens, deeds of trust, and mortgages, which may hereafter be placed on the above described real estate
<br /> for the benefit of First Party, shall be subject and subordinate to said lease dated Apri1 9, 1936, and that
<br /> certain lease agreement dated October 14, 1950, and all the provisions thereof and extensions thereof, and
<br /> further, that the provisions of this agreement of snbordination shall be binding upon and inure to the
<br /> benefit of the parties hereto, their successors, and assigns.
