<br /> This contraet made and entered into this 13th day of October, 1950 by and between
<br /> I. K. MeFarland of Grand Island, Nebraska, Party of the First Par�, and Temple Webb and
<br /> Theresa Webb, of arand S�land, Nebraska, Parties of the Second Part.
<br /> WTTNESSETH: The Party of the First Part has �his day sold to the Parties of the
<br /> Second Part �he fol?�owing described landt--
<br /> The Southerly 128 feet of the _ Southeas'� Quarter of the Northeast quarter of
<br /> Section 33 in Township 11 Range 9 West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, more

<br /> quar�er of the Northeast quar�er, thence in a southerly direetion to the
<br /> South line of �he Sou�heast quarter of the Northea�t quar�er, a distance
<br /> of 128 Feet, thence in an easterly direction al.ong the South line of' the

<br /> Tt is agreed that said land is now planted to corn and �hat Second Parties will be
<br /> gieen pos�ession of said premises on March 1, 1951.
<br /> It is further agreed that the Par�y of the First Part has a pasture 1.ocated South
<br /> of �Ghe above-deseribed premises and that there is a lan�e one rod wide off of the West
<br /> end oP �Ghe premises h�re3.n described, throu�h whieh �h� Party of the Firat Part drives
<br /> his ��oek to pasture, and it is agre�d that �he Party of the First Part reserves �he
<br /> right �o use said lan� until March l, 1955 without charge by the Par�ies of the Second
<br /> Part.
<br /> It is further agreed that upon the final paymen� made hereunder, Par�y of �he First
<br /> Part shall d eliver to the Parties of the Seeond Part a Warranty Deed and abs�raet of
<br /> title, showing the Par�Gy of �he F3.rst Par� to be tng owner of a good, marketable title
<br /> to said premises as of the date of Mareh 1, 1951, The Party of the F�.ra� Part will pay
<br /> the taxes for 195�•
<br /> It is further agreed that the payments hereund�r $hall be made at �he residen�e of
<br /> T. K. MeFarland, Grand Tsland, NebraSka, or at sueh place as may be t�esignated by the
<br /> Party of the First �art.

<br /> colle�ted hereunder applied �o payments of principal, interest and fines on the loan of
<br /> �6,000.00 above described, as agreed by us to be paid in the real estate mortgage on the
<br /> property above described securing said loan.
<br /> Said Assi�nee may, in 3ts discretion, use �he rents so far as necessaxy for the pur-
<br /> pose of ma,king sueh repairs u�on the premises as, in its ,judgment, may be proper and may
<br /> use said rents so far as necessary for the payment of �.nsuranee premiums and taxes upon
<br /> said premises, or any other payments to b� made by us under the terms oP the mortgage above
<br /> mentioned, the balance to be applied upon the payment of monthly dues, interest and fines
<br /> on said eertificate and loan.
