<br /> AN ORDINANCE ap�rQpr.iatin� an d condemnin� private property w�.thin the corporate limits
<br /> of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, for the purpose of constructin� thereon a lift
<br /> station for the sanitary sewer system of said eity. ,
<br /> WHEREAS, the 1�4ayor �,nd Council find that sanitary sewer mains must be constructed in
<br /> the nor�heastern section of the City of (�rand Island and that to insure the operation of
<br /> said sewer mains a lift station must be constructed, and
<br /> WHEREAS, private property muat be condemned and appropriated by said city on which to
<br /> cons�ruct said lift station.
<br /> NO��d, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CZTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA:
<br /> SECTIOi� l. That the real estate described as Fractional Lot One (l), in Fractional
<br /> Block Faurteen (14) , Evan�s Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, be
<br /> and the same is hereby appropriated and condemned for the use oP said City of arand Island
<br /> for the purpose of construetin� a lift station on the same, to be used in connection wi�h _
<br /> and �.s a part of the sanitary sewer system, in aecordanee with and by virtue of Section
