<br /> und�rbrush as may in any way eMdanger or interfere with �he safe operation of the lines
<br /> and equipment used ir� eonnection therewith. .
<br /> The Distriet ehall at all times exeraise a11 due aare and dill�en�e to avold in��ry
<br /> or damage to the crop�, livestock and o�her peraonal proper�y of the Gra.ritor, and the
<br /> Diatriet shall indemnit'y and save ha�.l.eBS th� arantor frrem any guch damage and loas
<br /> arising or occurin� to such property solel� by rea�on of the aons�ruation, operatio�,
<br /> maintenanc� and remvval of said tranami�sion linea.
<br /> The District agrees that should the tranemiasion lines cons�ructed hereunder be
<br /> abandoned f or a period of flve years, the ri�ht-of-way or eaeemefit hereby secured ehall "
