<br /> the Lessee, with right of Lessee to reassign to others, al1 of Lessor� s 3�icenses, consents
<br /> and permits to maintain and op�rate a gasoline f illing station on �he above described
<br /> premises; such assignment to be effect�.ve onl.y during the term of this lease, a.nd a11

<br /> otherwise, to enter upon and remove from said premises any improvemen�s or equipmen�

<br /> f ollo�ring two clause�, the inapPlicable clause having been stricken bef ore the execution
