<br /> depose and says that �hey are residents of Lamar, Mo. in Harton County, in the State of
<br /> Missouri• that they have resided in said Coun�y and State aforesa�d since the 20 day of
<br /> Nov. 194�F; that they are former residents of the Ci�y of Grand Island, County of Ha.11,
<br /> S�ate of Nebraska and that they resided in said County and State from the lOth day of June
<br /> 19�.9 �o the 10 day of Aug 194�-; that they are the Myrtle A. Ellsberry and Affie S. Ellsberry
<br /> named as grantees in a certain Administrator� s Deed dated Ju1y 31st, 1.934 which conveyed to
<br /> them the real estate described as Lot Four (4) , in Block Th3.rty-eight (3�) , in Packer &
<br /> Barr 's Second Acldition to the City of Grand Island, Hall Cvunty, Nebraska, which said
<br /> Administrator' s Deed was signed by H. G. S�ellensiek aa administrator of the Egtate of
<br /> Edward ���Toodside, deceased, and which said deed was filed for record in the office oP the
<br /> Re�ister of' lleeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on the lst day of August, �.93�+ and which was
<br /> recorded in Book 7� at Page 417; that Myrtle A. Ellsberry is now a widow; that her husband
<br /> T. J. E1lsberry departed this life on the 1 day of Jan 19�9; that immediately after the
<br /> real estate herein descr3.bed was purchased by af�'iants, they �ook exclusive possess3.on of
<br /> said premises and remained in possess3on thereof until the lst day of February, 1944, when
<br /> said premises were sold under contract to Darrow M. Sema and Maxine H. Sems; that sa�.d
<br /> Darraw M. �ems and l�iaxine H. Sems have lived in said prem3.ses sinee they purchased the
<br /> same; affiants further state that the premises herein described have either been occupied
<br /> by affiants or by Darrow M. Sems and Maxine H. Sems or by other persons to whom these
<br /> -2- affiants rented said premises and that all rents due therefore were paid to and collected
<br /> by affiants. Affiants further state that no person or persons have ever questioned the
<br /> title or ownership of said prernises and that no person or per�ons have every made claim to
<br /> said premises or any part thereof. `
