<br /> for said rent, at such prices and upon sueh �erms as he may see fit• ��,
<br /> This assignment of rent b�ing made for the express purposes of having said revenue ��
<br /> applied to the repayment of the above-mentioned loan.

<br /> Said Ass�.gnee, may, in his discre�ion, use the rents so far as they may deem necessary, �
<br /> for the purpose of making such repairs upon the premises as, in his ,�udgment, may be proper,
<br /> and may use said rents so far as necessary for the payrnent of insurance payments and taxes
<br /> upon said premises. He shall also have authority to deduct from said rents a fair com-
<br /> pensation, to be payable to sa3.d Assignee' s agents, for services rendered in th� collection
<br /> of said rents; the balance to be appZied upon the payment of interest and principal of said
<br /> ioan.
