<br /> consideration for said right-of-way, agrees to and will pay said owner, his tenant, or
<br /> heirs or assigns, for a11 damages �Go live stock or other property caused by the negl3gent
<br /> construction, opera�ion and maintenance, or through breakage of said pole line and wires,
<br /> and agrees '�o hold said party of the first pa,rt harmle�s from all liabil3.ty of whatsoever
