<br /> WHEREAS Leo C�,veny of Wood River, County of Ha11, State of Nebraska hereinafter called
<br /> the"borrower" , ha� appl3.ed to the Commodity Credit Corpvasa�ion for a loan or for the
<br /> guarantee of a loan for the purpose of purchasing and erecting or constructing the
<br /> follow3.ng storage struc�ures to w3.t: �

<br /> 2. even if attacned to the rea.lty, sh.all re�a,�.n their p�rsonal eharacter, sha11
