<br /> AN ORDINANCE vacating the alley in Block Eleven (11) of Bak�er 's Addition to the City
<br /> ,� of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; providing that the same shall revert to the owners
<br /> o�' the ad,jacent real esta.te one-half on each side thereof and reserving an easement or
<br /> right-of'--way for maintaining and constructing utili�ies thereon.
<br /> BE ZT ORDAZNED BY THE COUNC2L OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEHRASKA; -
<br /> SECTION 1. That �he alley lying in Bloek Eleven (11) of Baker� s Addition to the Ci�y
<br /> of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, be and the same is hereby vacated.
<br /> SECTION 2. That said a11ey so vacated shall revert to the owners of the ad�acent
<br /> real estate one-half on eaeh side thereof.
<br /> SECTION 3. That an easement or right-of-way is hereby reserved so that the City of
<br /> Grand Island and The American Telephone and Telegraph Company and the Northwestern Bell
<br /> Telephone Company, may continue operating thereon, the eaiating sewer mains, underground
<br /> and overhead telephone, light and power lines and other utilities and for the purpose of
<br /> constructing �hereon sueh other utilities as may b� hereafter required and for the purpose
<br /> oY entering thereon to make extensiona, replacements and repairs, a5 the same may be
<br /> necessary.
<br /> SECTION �. This ordinance shall be in�orce and take effect from and after its passage,
<br /> , approval and publication as by law provided.
