<br /> f or and in eonsideration of the admis�'ion of BUEIVAVIBTA SUBDIVI�ION as an addition to
<br /> the f3��$� of Grand Island, Nebraska by -virtue of the enactmen� of Ordinance #�369 wherein
<br /> the corporate limits of the City of Grand Island wer� ext�nd�d and said subdl.vision was
<br /> admitted as a part of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska and wherein certain proteetiv�
<br /> covenan�s and restrie�ions more fu11y set forth herein were approved upon �he condition
<br /> �hat th�y were to run with �he titl� to th� lots, tracts and parcel� of land in said

<br /> a11 of the 1ote, tracts and parcels af' land 1.n BUENAVISTA SUBDIVT�ION, an addition �o
<br /> �he City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and that all conveyances �o ,:.any other persons
<br /> whomsoEV�r ahall be eub�eet �o the f ollowing protectiv� covenants and restr�.�tions:

<br /> (3) Any f'rame ghed or building other �h�,n the main s�rueture sha,l.l
<br /> � have the same quality of outsid� wa11 finish and roof as tha.'� app�oved
<br /> for residence. No such building can be made of unsightly ma�erial, or
<br /> b��e�„or�.°similar lumber.
