<br /> � AN ORDINANCE ex'��nding �he corporat� limits of the City of arand Island, Nebraska,
<br /> by annexing ther��o and including th�rein Buenavista Subdivlsion; approving the plat
<br /> of said subdivision and approving the protective covenants and r�stric�ions pertaining
<br /> '�o the lotB, tracts and pareels of land in �aid subdivision and a11 proc�edings had and
<br /> done conc�rning the annexation of said subdiv3.sion.
<br /> WHEREAS, the N. P. Dodge Corporation has made application to the City of Grand
<br /> Island requesting th� annexation of Buenavista 5ubdivision by said city; �hat the
<br /> cor�orate limlts of said City be extend�d to �.nelude said subdivision a.nd has submitted
<br /> therew3.th a pla� showing the lots and blocks comprising said subdivision together with
<br /> stre�ts and avenues and �as�ments and right-of-ways f or utili�ies and public ways, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said N. P. Dodg� Corporation has further submitted to said csity certa3n
<br /> protective covenants and restric�ions, which conditions are to run w3.th the �itle to the
<br /> lo�g, �ract� and parcels of land in �aid subdivis�.on and ahall be binding upon al1
<br /> successora in title there'�o, and
<br /> WHEREAS, �h� City Counci� has exa.mined said application, plat and protective
<br /> _ eovenants and restrietions and has f ound that th� same should in a11 respecta be approved.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAIIVED BY THE COUNOIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND TSLAND, NEBRASKA:
<br /> SECTTON 1. That the application of th� sa3�d. N. P. Dodg� Corporation to have
<br /> Buenavista 3ubdivi�ion annexed to th� City of Gra,nd Island, N�braska, be, and the same
<br /> is hereby granted; tha� the plat of said subdivisivn lay�.ng out said land into lo�s,
<br /> blocks, s�reets, av�nues and easem�n�s f or publie utilitles and public ways be and th�
<br /> sam� is� hereby in a11 respects approved.
<br /> SECTION 2. That the protective covenants and restrl.etions now on fi1� in the
<br /> offic� of the City Clerk, which sha.11 run w�th the title to �he lots, tracts and parcels
<br /> of land in sa3.d Buenavis�a Subdivision, be, and the same are h�reby aceep�ed and approved
<br /> and that the approval of the plat of said subdivision and of the pro�ect3ve covenants
<br /> and res'�rietiona be endorsed upon the same and sign�d by the President of the City
<br /> Couneil and by th� Gity Clerk and '�hat the seal of the Ci�y of Grand Island be th�reun�o
