<br /> LaVada M. Carson, eaeh in their own right and as h�zsband and wife, were mort�agors, and
<br /> The Equitable Huilding and Loan Association oP arand Island, Nebraska, was mortgagee; that
<br /> in all aP said Warran�q Deeds and mortgages, the said property should have been correctly

<br /> and has been since said date, and now is at the present time, the same identical propert�
<br /> whieh �ras erroneously described as Lot Eleven (11) , of Abrahamson�a Third Subd,ivision,
<br /> located on and being a 3ubdivision of B1oek Twenty (20) , of 3ehimmer'� Addition to �h.e
<br /> City of Grand Isl.and, Nebraska, but which in truth and in faet was, has been and still is,
