<br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this lst day of Sept�mber 194�g by and between

<br /> IN CONSIDERATION OF a rental of �.�0.00 p�r year, pay�ble on October 1 of each ear,
<br /> the Le�sor hereby leases to the Associa'�3.on �'or �he period beg3.nning September l 19�9
<br /> and �nding October 1, 19.��, approximat�ly 4500b square feet of space in Block 1�, �Lot

<br /> Prov�.ded, however, the Lessor hereby reserves un�o itself, and/or ite lessee�, the
<br /> righ'� to operate, ma3.ntain and renew such pipe 1,ines, electrie transmissi�n lines, tele=
<br /> phone lines, telegraph lines, �ignal 1.ines and ather facilities of like character as may
<br /> exist upon, under or over the l�ased premi�es as of th� date of thi� lease, it being agre�d
<br /> tha� th�:s lease is sub,�ect and subordinate �o any and all rights grant�d by the Lessor
<br /> f or an such existin lines and facilities.

<br /> It is further agreed that upon the expiration of this lease, or in ease the
<br /> Assoe3.ation shall in ar�y manner fail to comply with the �erms and cond3.tions herec�f,
<br /> the Associa�ion shall, f orthwith, cease to use or remain upon sa3.d premisee and �hall
<br />�� remove a11 the improvements placed thereon by the Assoeiation a,nd restore said pr�mises
<br /> to eubstantially the3.r f ormer atate.
<br /> If the Agsociation f ails to �urrender to the L�ssor the l�ased prem3.ses, upon any
<br /> termination or expiration of this lease, all the liabilities and obligations of the
<br /> Association hereunder shall cont3.nue in effect un�il �he leased pr�mises are surrendered,
<br /> and no t�rmination or expiration hereof shall release the Association from any liability
<br /> or obliga.tion hereunder which theretofore or thereaf�er may accrue.

<br /> in effect, to purcnase said �roperty from the Lessor, his heirs, executors, admini�trator�,

<br /> any share or part of this agreement or to any benef it to arise �herefrom. IVothing,
<br />' how�ver, herein c�ntained sha11 be construed to ex�end to any incorporated eompany, if
