<br /> IN CONSIDER.A.TION OF a rental of �20.00 per year, �ayabl� on October l of each year,
<br /> the Leasor hereby leases to the Association f�r the period beginning September 1 19�9
<br /> and ending October 1, 195�, ap�roximately 87,120 square feet of space in B1ock,
<br /> Lot Subdivision Town or ; or the
<br /> 2n the South half of the South West 1/� of Section 32 To�mship 10 Range 9 in
<br /> the count;y of Ha11 State of Nebraska,
<br /> to permit the placing �hereon of C.C .C. owned .granarie�. This space is located as

<br /> Prov3,ded, however, the Lessor hereby reserves unto itself, and/or its lessees, the
<br /> right to operat�, maintain and renew such pipe lines, e�.ectric transmission lines,
<br /> t�lephon� linea, telegraph lines, signal lines and other facilities of like character
<br /> as ma.y exist upon, under or over the leased premises as of tr:e date of �his lease, it
<br /> being agreed that this lease is gub,ject and �ubordinate to any and ai.l rights granted by
<br /> th� Lessor for any such exis�ing lines and facilities.
<br /> Tt is further agreed that upon the :�xpiration of this lease, or in case the Assoe�.ation
<br /> shall in any manner fa3.1 �o comply with the terms and cond�.tions hereof, the Association
<br /> �hal1, f orthwith, cease to use or rema3.n upon said premiges and shall r�move all the
<br /> improvements placed ther�on by the Associa.tion and restore said premises to substantially
<br /> their former state.
<br /> If the Association fa3.15 to �urrender '�o the Lessor 'Ghe leased premises, upon any
<br /> termination or expiration of this lease, a11 the liabilities and obl.igations of the
<br /> Association hereunder shall continue in effect until the leased premises are surrendered,
<br /> and no termination or expiration hereof shall release the Associ.ation from any liability
<br /> or obligation her�und�r which th�retof ore or ther�after m�Cy accrue.
<br /> The Lessor grants and gives the Le�ssee the option, at any time while this lease is
<br /> 3.n effect, �o purchase said property from the Lessor, his heirs, executors, administrators,
<br /> and assigns:
