I� is expressly unders�ood and agreed by and betwe�n the Lessor a,nd the Lessee <br /> that the Lessor shall not have aceese to the premiaes herein demised or any par� ther�of <br /> excep� with the permission of the Lesse� in writing and that Les�or shall not �xereise <br /> at any time any control of any sort over a,�y of the gooda agains� whicsh warehouse rece�.p�s <br /> have been or shall be iesu�d by Lessee during the term of thi� leaae. <br /> 7. The Lessee agrees that it w�.11 not assign this �,ease or sublet any po��lon of <br /> the demised premi.ses without the writt�n consent of �he Lessor. <br /> 8. The LeBSee agre�s not �o us� the demised prem3.ses for any purpose o�her �ha.n <br /> that of a storage warehouse and for the transaction of auch business as may be eonnected <br /> ther�with or in�.ident ther�to. <br /> q.
