<br /> WHEREAS Howa,rd Weaver of Doniphan, Nebraska, Coun'Gy vf Hall, Sta�e of Nebraska hereinafter
<br /> called the "bvrrowe�'�', has applied �o the Commodity Credit Corporation for a lvan or for the
