<br /> WHEREAS, Blessed 5acrament Church, a Corporation, of Grand Island, was recently
<br /> incorporated under the laws of the State oP Nebraska, and a charter issued to said Church,•
<br /> that said Church is authorized and empowered to hold, own, convey, and mortgage real
<br /> es�ate in the State of Nebraska; that said real estate was purchased by said Church
<br /> previous to its incorporat3.on, and that �he Diocese of Grand Island, a Corporation, was
<br /> requested �o take title ta said property and to hold the same in tru�t for "Blessed
<br /> Sacrament Chureh, " and
<br /> TnTHEREAS, said Church has now requested tha'� said property be, conveyed to Blessed
<br /> Saerament Church, a Corporation, and has consented and agreed to re-convey said property
<br /> to said Blessed Saerament Churen, and a meeting of the members and officers of said
<br /> corporation was duly held in Grand Isl,and on Mareh 22, 1949, at which meeting there were
<br /> present the following officers and members, to-wi'�: Edward J. Hunkeler, Frank J. Cleary,
<br /> Paul Wachterl.e, and B. J. Cunningham, which meeting was held at 7:j0 P.AZ. on the above
<br /> date.
<br /> WHEREAS, The Diocese of Grand Island received title to said property solely as
<br /> Trustee, a nd saidDiocese of Grand Island has n� claim or interest in or to said property
<br /> or any part thereof, and that the following re5ol�ation was, upon motion of Frank J.
<br /> C1ear�, seconded by Paul Wachterle unanimously adopted and approved, to-wit:
<br /> '�BE IT P�ESOLVED by the officers and members of The Diocese of Grand Island, a
<br /> Corparation, that the following-described property, to-wit:
<br /> Lots Twelve (12) , and Thirteen (13) in Home Subdivision of that �art of the
<br /> Northwest Quarter of Section Nine (9) , in Township Eleven (11) , North, Ran e
<br /> Nine (9) , West o�' the 6th P.M. and all of Fractional Block Twenty Five (25� in
<br /> Schimmer �s Addition to the City of Grand Tsland, Nebraska, a11 in Ha11 County,
<br /> was con veyed to The Diocese of Grand Island, as Trustee for Blessed Sacrament Church a
<br /> Corporation, a.nd said Diocese has no claim or interest in or to said property or any
<br /> part thereof.
