<br /> WHEREAS Wm Varah ot' _,, County of Ha11, �tate of Nebr. hereinaf ter called the"borrower" ,
<br /> has applied tb the Commodity Credit Corporation for a loan or for the guarantee of a loan
<br /> for the purpose of purchasing and erecting or constructing the �ollowing storage structures
<br /> to wit:

<br /> on the following described real estate situated in the County of Hall State of Nebr: on

<br /> give Commodity Credi� Corporation or its approved lending ageney a mortgage lien on said
<br /> storage structure;
<br /> Now, 2herefore, the parties hereto do covenan� and agree that such structures and equip-
<br /> men�:
<br /> 1. : shall remain severed from said real es�ate; and,
<br /> 2. even if attached 'to the realty, sha11 retain their personal charaeter, sha11
<br /> be removable from the real estate, shall be treated as personal property with
<br /> respect to the righ�s of the parties, and sha11 not become fixtures or a part
<br /> of the real estate; and, , w

<br /> 3. shall not be sub,ject to the lien of any security transaction or instrument �
<br /> heretofore or hereafter arising agains'� the structure or realty on which �
<br /> it is placed, until, �
<br /> (a) the expiration of Commodity Credit Corporation's lien and any
<br /> ext�ension or renewal thereof; and, �
