Af�'ian'�5 further sta'�e that at the time Margaret Whitt recorded <br /> s�.id deed, �o w3.t, May 12th, 1g23 she took exclusive poase�sion of said premises and that <br /> �he said Margare� Whitt and her husband, W3.11lam E. Whitt, aPfiants herein, have had sole, <br /> undisputed and exclusive possession of said premises up to the da�e of this affidavit. <br /> Affiants further sta�e that they have resided in said premises part oP the time since they <br /> purchased the premises and that during the remainder of said time the a�fiants have rented <br /> said prem3.ses and have collected the ren� from said premises during the time which they <br /> did not occupy said premises themselves. Affiants further state tha� no person or persons <br /> have ever questioned �he title or ownership of said premises and that no person or persons <br /> have ever made any claim to said premises or any part thereof.
