<br /> Aff�.ants Purther state that on '�he 13th day of February, 1923 Margaret Whi�t, affian'�
<br /> herein, purchased lots one (1) and three (3) in block eighteen (1�� in University P1ace, an
<br /> addition to �he city of Grand Island, Nebra�ka. y
<br /> That said prop�rty was purchased at referee's sale in the District court of Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska and the sale of said lots to the plaintiff by the referee was on �the llth
<br /> day of May 1923, confirrned by �he District Court of Hall County, Nebraska and that the
<br /> affiant Margaret j�h.itt r�corded said referee�s deed on May 12, 1923, in the office of the
<br /> register of deeds of Hall County, Nebraska ln book 61 at page 272 oP the Deed records of
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska. Af�'ian'�5 further sta'�e that at the time Margaret Whitt recorded
<br /> s�.id deed, �o w3.t, May 12th, 1g23 she took exclusive poase�sion of said premises and that
<br /> �he said Margare� Whitt and her husband, W3.11lam E. Whitt, aPfiants herein, have had sole,
<br /> undisputed and exclusive possession of said premises up to the da�e of this affidavit.
<br /> Affiants further sta�e that they have resided in said premises part oP the time since they
<br /> purchased the premises and that during the remainder of said time the a�fiants have rented
<br /> said prem3.ses and have collected the ren� from said premises during the time which they
<br /> did not occupy said premises themselves. Affiants further state tha� no person or persons
<br /> have ever questioned �he title or ownership of said premises and that no person or persons
<br /> have ever made any claim to said premises or any part thereof. That the af'fiants are in
<br /> possession of a11 of said premises at the date hereof and have had undisputed possession of
<br /> said premises at all ti.mes since '�h�ir deed therefor was recorded in the otfice of the
<br /> Register of Deeds as aforesaid.And furth�r affiants sayeth not.

<br /> a widow, who was �he owner in fee of
<br /> Lots Eleven (11) and Twelve (12) in Block F�.ve (,�) 3n the F3rst Addit�.on to the
<br /> Village of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska :_ '
<br /> and that a,ffiant resided Weat ofi the said Susan C. Jackson in the same block for many
<br /> ye�rs, and th�.t there was only one house between �he JaekSOn home and affiant� s home.
<br /> Affiant further deposes and states �hat she knows of her own knowledge that the said
<br /> Susan C. Jackson ha.d only two ch�.3.dren, namely, R3.chard. W. JACkson, also known as Richard
<br /> Jacl�son, and Ma3� Evinger, nee May Jaekson; �hat affiant knows of her own personal know-
<br /> ledge that the sa3.d May Evinger predeceased the said 5usan C. Jaekson and that she leff'�
<br /> as her sole and only heir a son, Jamea Morris Evin�er. .
<br /> Affiant fur�her deposes and states tha,t the said Richard Jackson, also: .known as
<br /> R�.chard W. Jaakson, never married and tha,t he has been dead f or several yeaxs and that
<br /> hia sole and only heir was his nephew, th� above named James Morr3,e Evinger.
<br /> Affiant fiurther depo8es and sta'�es that the said Richa,rd W. Jackson, also known as
<br /> Richa.rd Jackson, made hia home with his sa.id mct�her, Susan �. Jackson residing in �he
<br /> premises here�.nbefore described and that he cont3.nued to reside there for several months
