<br /> The District shall at all times exe.rcise all due c«re and diligence to avoid in,jury or
<br /> damage to the crops, livestoc� and o�her personal property of the Grantor, and the District
<br /> �hall indemn3.fy and save harmless the Grantor from any such damage and loss arisinb or occur:w-
<br /> ring to such proper'�y solely r�y rea�on of the construction, operation, maintenance and re-
<br /> moval of said transmi�sion lines.
<br /> The District agrees that should the �ransmission lines constructed hereunder be
<br /> abandoned for a �erio�� of five years, the ri�;ht-of-way or easement hereby secured shall
<br /> then cease and t�rminate, and �his contract sh�.11 be of no further force and effect.
