<br /> meier, under wh�.�h Petition the plaintiff prays for a �udgment against the defend�.nt in the
<br /> sum of �1523.�3 due the pla3ntiff on a promissory note s�gned by the defendant.
<br /> Pla3.ntiff alleges �hat tne defendant agreed to execute a real esta�e mortgage on Lots
<br /> 9, 11 �nd 13 in Block 26 in Gilbert �s Third Addition to the Gity of Grand Island, and the
<br /> Southeast Qu�rter of the Nor�hwest Quarter, and a s'Grip two rods wide extending �he width
