<br /> part, or their a�signs upon surrender of this contraet, a warranty deed to the above

<br /> AND IT IS FURTHER AGREED that in case any payment, either of principal. or interest,
<br /> rema.ining unpaid for a space of �hi.rty days af'ter the same shall become due, or a fa3.lure
<br /> to pay any taxes or assessments, at the time the same become due, then in tha� case,
<br /> the whole amount unpaid on thia contract shall become due and payable without further
<br /> notic�; �.nd such d�linquency in paymen�G, or the f ailure in other respects by the parti�s
<br /> of the second �art to perforr� the stipulations of this contract, or any part of them,
<br /> shall entitle the parties of the f�.rst par� to immediate possession of the }�remises
<br /> described herein, and the parties of the second part aha11 f orf eit all payments made
<br /> under this contract.
<br /> This contract shall be in duplieate, one copy of which shall remain with each party �
<br /> to this contract. When any payment is made on this contract , the person pay�ng the same

<br /> practiced his profession in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, for more than 15 years
<br /> last past; that he was well and personally acquainted with Wi11ie G. Derunan, one of the
<br /> grantees in a warranty deed conveying the above descr�.bed premises, which deed is recorded
<br /> �n Book 81 at Page 36'� of the deed records of Hall County, Nebraska; that affiant know�
<br /> of his otian :personal ��nowl.edge that �he said Wi11ie C. Denman, above descr3.bed and °-
<br /> referred �o, depar�ed this life on February 19, 1949: that this affiant off ieiated at '
<br /> the funer�,l of said W3.I1ie C. Denman, and '�hat the rema�.ns of said W3.lI3.e C. Denman were
<br /> buried in Alda Cemetery in Hall County, Nebraska, on February 23, 1949.
