<br /> deed in 1924, and knows Bradley W. Sizemore and Erma M. Sizemore, husband and wife, and
<br /> Charles A. Endicott and Josephine E. Endicot'G, husband and wife, who are the present
<br /> o��rners of said �roperties and t�ho acquired title from or through the said Lola M. "
<br /> Rich�.rdson; �,hat of his own information ��d knowledge, he knows that Lola M. Richardson
<br /> and he� husband had possession of said properties during the time they oVmed said
<br /> properties, and tha'� BradlPy �. Sizemore and Erma M. Sizemore, husband and wife, and
<br /> Charles A. Endicot� and Josephine E. Endicott, husband and wife, are presently in
<br /> possession of said properties, and have been in possession of said properties since their

<br /> of Grand Island, in Hal1 County, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded;
<br /> that one Lola M. Richardson acquired said described lots by �rrarran�y deed reeorded on
<br /> July 10, 192� and filed in Book 60 of Deeds at page 6].7 of the records in the office of
<br /> th� Register of Deeds of Hal1 County, N�braska; that said Lola M. Richardson and her
<br /> husband Ethel �A. Richardson conveyed said . _ described lots to affiants Bradley W.
<br /> Sizemore and �rma M. Sizemore, husband and wife, as �oint tenanta, by warranty deed
<br /> filed on Oc'�ober ls, i9�7 in Book 9� of Deeds at page 64�'7 of said records in said county
<br /> and state; that the affiants Sradley W. Sizemore and Erma M. Sizemore, as husband and
<br /> wife and in his and her oi,r.�. right, conveyed Qn undivided one-half interest in said
<br /> described lots to affiants Charles A. Endicott and Josephine E. Endico�t, husband and
<br /> wife, as �joint tenants, by warranty deed filed on Nover�ber 20, 1947 in Book 87 of Deeds
<br /> at page 689 of said reeords 3.n said county and state.
<br /> That said affiants and their im�'nediately removed grantors, having legal capacity to
<br /> own real estate in th3.s state, have held said above-described properties by an unbroken
<br /> chain of title under deeds of conveyance �rhich have been recorded f or more than twenty-
<br /> three years immediatel.y prior to the date of this affidavit.
<br /> Tha� sa3.d affiants are tne record t3.tle holders of said above-described lots and
<br /> are on the date of the signing of this affidavit in possession of said rea.l e state, and
<br /> have been in possession si�tce receiving title by deeds on the dates above set f orth;
<br /> that the date of this affidav�.t is more than twenty-three years after the recording of �
<br /> �he deed to affiants Sizemore� irru�ediate grantors and more than one year af'ter April
