<br /> 2. Each pa.rty grants to the other an easement to use the drive�ray now servicing said gaxage as
<br /> long as the same eaists in the present cond3tion. In the event a new driveway shall be constructed upon
<br /> said premises, the center line of said drive�ray shall be upon the property line dividi� the two properties,
<br /> and each party sha11 have an e�sement to use said driveway. In the event the parties hereto agree to
<br /> construct a drivetvay, the expense of the construction and the repair and maintenance thereof shall be
