The Le�ee shall have the option of extending this lease as hereinafter provided, <br /> upon tne same terms and conditions which were in effect during tne original term. Tne <br /> period or periodg of such extensions snall be in accordance witn either one of the follow- <br /> in� two clauses, the inappl�cab�e clause havin� been strieken before the execution of this <br /> �ease: <br /> I. A per�od of years from t:ne expiration of the original term <br /> hereof. <br /> II. A total of not more than 2 successive periods of one year each. <br /> � The rental to be naid b,�� tne Lessee durin� said extension �oeriod or periods sh�,ll be a <br /> sum equal to one Ha1f cent (02¢) per gallon on a1Z gasoline (as defined in paragraph 2) <br /> deliv�red to sucn service station f'or sale. <br /> The L�ssee shall give to the Lessor written no�ice of its intention to ex�rcise its <br /> extension privilege at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original <br /> term hereof, and if said exte�_�sion privilege is for successive periods of one year each <br /> as provided in Clause IT of th3s Paragraph b, the Lessee shall give to the Lessor a like <br /> written notice at least thir�y (30) days prior to the expiration of the then current yearly <br /> period, of its intention to extend this lease for ana during the next succeeding yearly <br /> period. Time and manner of ma.kin� rental payments during any such extension shall be the <br /> same as provided for during the original term hereof. <br /> 7. If the Lessor or the Lessor' s successors or assigns a� any time durin� the term <br /> of' this lease or any renewal or extension thereof receive�. a bona fide offer to purchase <br /> said premises, buildings, fixtures, equipment, r�acninery and a,���liances included in this <br /> lease, and desires to �ell said premises, buildinga, fixtures, squipment, machinery and <br /> appliances under the terms of said offer, Lessor agrees to give Lessee tnirty (30) days' <br /> not�.ce in writin� of such bona fide offer, setting forth the name and address of the <br /> proposed purchaser who has made the offer, the a.mount of the proposed nurchase price and ' <br /> the terms of payment thereof.
