<br /> thereon a gasoline service station, and f or the sale of tires, tubes, batteries and

<br /> Lessee, its assignee or suble�sEe, sha1� likej�r3.se hav� t:ne privilege of erecting on said
<br /> prercises sucn. �ui�d3.ngs, dr�.ved:*ays, and other im�rovements as may 'be necessary or desiraiil.e

<br /> to obtain from municipai. or other pu�lic authorities, any x�ermit or licenge necessary f or
<br /> the opera�ion of a gasoline service station upon said premises, or in case any sueh
<br /> permit or license, if or�tained, be afterti,rard revoked without Fault of the one so obtain�.ng
