<br /> 3 . In consideration of the f oregoing, the Lessor :nereay aets over and assigns unto
<br /> �he L�ssee, witn rigrit of Lessee to reassign to otners, all of Lessor� s licenses, consents
<br /> and �ermits to maintain and operate a gasoline filling station on the above descri�bed
<br /> premises; sucn assi�nment to be efPective only durin�; the term of this lease, and a11
<br /> renewals �nd e�tensions tnereof.
