<br /> N. R. 9 W. of the 6th P. M. , in Ha11 County, Nebraska; that affiant knows of his own
<br /> personal knowledge th�t Florence I. Van Buakirk, the widow of the said Thomas Van Huskirk,
<br /> never re-married af'ter the death of said Thomas Van Buskirk, and that ahe died on or
<br /> about M�.rch 3rd, 19�8, and her body was buried at Doniphan, Nebraska;
<br /> Affiant further depo�es and says tha'� he is we11 and persvnally acquainted with
<br /> Lee Ernest Van Buskirk, one oP the sons of the said Thomas Van Buskirk and of the said
<br /> Florenee I. Van Buskirk, so named in the last will and �egtament of the said Thomas
<br /> Van F3uskirk, deceased; and with Lee E. Van Buskirk, grantee of the deed recorded in
<br /> Book 91, on page 6�� of the deed records of said Hall County, Nebraska, and affiant
<br /> knows of his own personal knowledge that the said Lee Ernest Van Buskirk and said Lee
<br /> E. Van BusYirk is one and the same iden�ical person.

<br /> In cons�deration of the Nebraska Loan & Trust Company, (�rand Island, Nebraska, making
<br /> a loan to me us, the undersigned, in the sum of �6, 000.00, which is to be secured by a
<br /> Firat P�Iortgage on the following described real estate: Fractional Lot Four (4) in �
