<br /> WHEREAS, on the 10th day of June, 194�, a petition was filed with the Mayor and
<br /> Council of the City of Q�rand Island, Nebraska, requesting tha.t a sewer diatriet be ee�
<br /> �ablished and that a� sanitax y sewer be constructed over, alon� and across Hlock Seven (7) ,
<br /> Bogg' s and Hi11 ' e Addition to the City of Grand Island, and
<br /> WHEREAS, no a.11ey exists in said block and it will b� necessaxy tbat said sewer be
<br /> constructed over and across private property, and
<br /> WHEREAS, certain persons owning property in said Block Seven (7? , Bogg�s and H3Il�s
<br /> Addition, have expressed their willingness to grant and convey unto the City of Grand
<br /> Tsland a perpetual easement over, along and across their lots, tracts and parcels o� land
<br /> on which to construc� said sewer.
<br /> THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Grand Island,
<br /> Nebraska, that an a reemen� for the rigT�t-oP-way on which to lay and construct said sewer
<br /> acrosa Block Seven �7) , Bogg' s and Hill�s Addition, be entered into by and between the
<br /> City of Grand Ieland and the property owners residing in and owning landa in said block
<br /> and �hat the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to sign said agreement
<br /> on behalf oP the City of arand Island.

<br /> UTHEREAS, the Comrnercial State Bank, of Grand Island, Nebraska, has in the course of
<br /> its existence since 1901, b�en the owner of many tracts of real esta�e, to some of which
<br /> tracts of real eatate, it has made, executed and delivered deeds, and to many other tracts
<br /> of real estate it has f ound it inadvi�able to pay taxes or preceding liens thereon, where-
<br /> by tlze said Conlmercial Sta�e Bank has lost the pa�er �it1e thereto and said tracts of real
<br /> e�tate are now claimed to be owned by other parties; and
<br /> WHEREAS, said Comnsercial State Bank does not claim to own any real estate and is now
<br /> being dissolved;
<br /> NOW., THEREFORE, in order to perfec� the title to said pieces of' real estate, BE IT RE-
<br /> SOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COMMERGI.AL STATE BANK, of Grand Island, Nebraska,

<br /> That said Commereial S�ate Bank does hereby ratify, ap_�rove and confirm each and every
<br /> deed made, execu�ed and de2ivered by it to any person or peraons whomsoever; that as to any
<br /> piece of property heretofore owned by it, �o which it has never made, executed and delivered
<br /> a deed, but wh3.ch said Commercial State Bank UTas at an time the record owner and on which
