<br /> of Union Pacific Railroad Company, a corporation of ,Zhe State of Utah, as successor in
<br /> �nterest of The Union Pacific Railra�d Company, and such records indicate that The Union
<br /> Pac3.fie Ra.ilroad Company by deed conveyed the above described premises to Willi�m W.Mitchell �
<br /> on or about July 5, 1�76; and
