<br /> In cons�deration of the Nebraska Laan & Trust Company, Grand Island, Nebraska, making
<br /> a loan to me us, the underaigned, in the sum oP �1,�00:00, which is to be secured by a
<br /> First Mortgage on the following described real estate: Lot �`wo (2) in Block Forty-five (45)

<br /> Q� ` and recorded, and for the purpase of further securing said loan we hereby sell, assign and
<br /> transfer unto the Tlebraska Loan & Trust Company all rents or rentals and income 'to be due
<br /> � or received from said property and hereby agree that in case of default of the �ayment of
<br /> � any taxes when the same sha11 become delinquent, or in the case of de�'ault of the payment
<br /> of any interest on said mor'C;age, or in the default in tY�e payment of any inaurance when
<br /> due; or upon the payrnent of the principal of said rnortgage when the same shall become due,
