<br /> the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, is the same person as Clyde A. Arnold who died at Grand
<br /> � Island, Plebraska, on Ju].y 23, 194�, and that the Geddes Funeral Home of Grand Island, Nebras-
<br /> kt�, prepared the body for burial.

<br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this lst day of September, 194�8, by and between
<br /> MARGARET WALKER, a wido�,r, of Grand Island, Nebraska, party of the first part, and LaRUE WOOD,
<br /> of Grand Island, Nebraska, party of the second �art, WITNESSETH:
<br /> WH��REAS, the party of the first art owns in fee simple a p� arcel of land described
<br /> ag the easterly 103 f eet of Lot Six (o� in Block Six (6) in Hann s Third Acldition to the
<br /> City of Grand Is�and, Hall County, Nebraska, (being the ba1 ance of said lot exclusive of that
<br /> portion heretofore deeded to David L. Walter and Lucy E. Walker, husband and U�ife, by deed
<br /> recorded in Book b2, Page 688, Hall County, Nebraska) ; and
<br /> WHER�AS, tne party of the second part is purchasing from David L. Wal�er and Lucy E.
<br /> Walker, husUand and wife, said westerly 4�8 fe�t of said Lot Six (6); and
<br /> WHEREAS, a portion of t�e garage owned by David L. Walker and Lucy E. Walker and
<br /> driveway �used in connection theret�i.th is now located on the westerly portion of the premises �

<br /> Therefore, in consideration of the swn of �1.00 in hand paid a,nd �ther good and suf-
<br /> ficient consideration, the party of the first part hereby grants unto the party of the second
<br /> part, her heirs and assigns, the free and uninterrupted use, liberty and privilege of and
<br /> passage in, along and over the westerly 6 feet of the easterly 1.03 fe�t of said Lot Six (6)
