<br /> the said Jerg�n Clausen and Anna Clausen, his wiYe; that by the terms of the Last Will and
<br /> Te�tament of Juergen Clausen, deceased, and by ,mesne conveyanees f'rom the heirs the title
<br /> to the real estate herein de5cr�ibed pa.ssed and descended to Christine Sass, wife of affiant,
<br /> sub�ject to a life interest ereated for Anna Clausen which has terminated by reason of the
<br /> death of the said Anna Clausen and a cha,rge in favor of Claus Clausen which has been re-
<br /> leased; th��t the said Anna Clausen died on November 25, �934;
<br /> that subsequently, and on June 7, 19�-6, and while the owner of and in possession of said
<br /> real es�ate hereinabove described, the sa�d Christine Sass, wife of affiant died and her
<br />' estate T�as duly administered in the County Cour� of Hall County, Nebraska; that ahe left
<br /> I surviving her as her heirs a.� law, affiant and five children, they being Helen Keuscher,
<br /> Antoinette Wright, George E. Sass, Detlef Sass and Wallace Sass, to all of whom said real
