<br /> it advisable to do so and said rights ahall continue so lorg as the mortgage or interest
<br />� or any part thereof remains a lien a,gainst said premises.
<br /> ST IS FURTHFR AGREED that the said Trust Company shall not be llable for the loss of
<br />� the col.lection of any rents and said Company is only required to use reasonab�e diligence
<br /> in collecting said rents and in the management of said property. The Trust Company shall
<br /> have the right to deduct from sa3.d rents a fair and reasonable compe�nsation auch as expense,
<br /> Court casts, and collection costa, �c,rhich are incurred during the term of thia assignr.aent
<br /> and after dedl�.eting for the services, Court costs and other expenses incurred, the �ala�ace
<br /> shall be ap�lied �o the payment of the balar�e due on said loan, or interest, or taxe�,
<br /> or insurance premiums in the manner in which said Trust Company shall deem best.
<br /> Tk�is as��ignment shall be irrevocable and shall remain in force until the above described
<br /> loan "and interest, delinquent taxes and insurance premiwns thereon shall be paid and until
<br /> said mortgage is satisfied in full and released. -
