<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, being first duly sworn upon oath, depose and state that I have been
<br /> a resident of the City oP Grand Island for over thirty years and that I am well and per-
<br /> sonally acquainted with many of the residents of the community.
<br /> That I was well and personally acquainted with Margaretha Niemann who, with her hus-
<br /> band, pscar R. Niemann, acquired title to above described property by Warranty Deed dated
<br /> December 7, 1�99. And also with Nlargaretha Niemann wno was rePerred to in the probate
<br /> proceedings of the Estate oP Oscax R. Niemann, deceased, as his widow and heir. And also
<br /> with Niargareta Niemann, a widow, who conveyed above described premises to Carl Niemann _by
<br /> Warranty Deed dated Augu�t l5, 1930.
<br /> This affiant positively knows of his own knowledge and acquaintance with this lady and
<br /> her Pamily that the said Ma,rgaretha Niemann and the said Margax�eta Niemann were one and the
<br /> s,�n3e person notwithstanding the seeming dlscrepancy in names.
