<br /> at the time of his death which occurred on the 22nd day of November, 1935; that he was
<br /> survived by his widow Christine Bennetsen, also knoWn as Christina Bennetsen who was also
<br /> sometimes kno�an as Kyeratine Bennetsen, who departed this life at arand Island, Nebraska,
<br /> . on the 7th day of June, 194�, an d that I personally well knAw her during her lif etime fo r
<br /> many years, that I had ehar�e oP the embalming of her remains and that she was buried in
<br /> the Grand Island Ceme�ery at Grand Island, Nebraska, on June 9, 194�.

<br /> , This contract made and entered into thie 13th da�r of July, 19�+� by and between
<br /> VESSZE �,AMSTHEL, a widow, oP Grand Island, Hall County, . Nebraska, paxty of the Pirst part,
<br /> and JOSEPH W. 0'NEILL, oP Grand Island, Ha11 County, Nebraska, party of the second part,
<br /> WITNESSETH: That the party of the first part has this day sold and agreed to convey
<br /> to the paxty of the second par t the West Twenty Six Feet oP Lot Nine (9) , Block Forty (�+0)
<br /> � in Wheeler � s Addition to the City of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, for the sum
<br /> of Two Hundred Fift9 Dollars (�250.00) , payable as Pollows : Six. Dollars (�6.00) shall be
<br /> paid on July 27, 194� and Six Dollars (�6.00) on the 27th day of eac� and every month

<br /> �$ S.J. Shada, Heing first duly sworn on oath deposes and says,
<br /> HALL COUNTY ) that I wa8 p�rsonally acquainted with Harry Poulos, during his
<br /> lifetime; that I took care of much of his busineas; that he
<br /> died on Ma,y 25, 1g46; that is estate was probated in Hall Caunty, Nebraska, and appears on u_._
<br /> the records of the County �rt as Case #3693; that the said Harry Poulos at the time of
<br /> his death appeared to have��some interest in Lot Six (6) Block Seventy-four (74) Original
<br /> Town, now City of arand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; that by oversight said property was
<br /> not mentioned in the estate proceedings; that George Pulos and John Puloe who gave a deed
<br /> to George Liebar, are the only heirs of Haxry Poulos as appeaxs from the probate record of
<br /> his estate and they are the identica,l �ersons who gave their deed to said premises to
<br /> George Liebar.
