<br /> THTS MATTER �omin� on to be heard this 18th day of June, 19�8, on the App�.icatlon of
<br /> LeRoy E. McA�.in. The applicant was pre�en� in Court accompanled by his wife, and represented
<br /> by counae3�, Harry Grimminger. The witneesea trere sworn and evidence presented a.nd �he Court
<br /> being fully advised in the premises f3.nds: •
<br /> THAT by re�son of physical disability oacas�oned by the �Zoss of an arm and by reason of
<br /> nervousness induced by financial difficulties, the app�icant is who�ly unable to manage hi�
<br /> estate with prudence and understanding; that the ap�llcant is somewhat financially involved
<br /> in an undertaking which has cost him someThirty-five Thousand (�35,000) Dollars in cash,
<br /> and that to protect the interests of the app3icant and his family, it is neceasary �hat a
<br /> conservator be appointed: that if the eaid LeRoy E. McBain is to retain his investment,
<br /> it will be neceasary to have the benefit of a conservator with good ,�udgment and full and
<br /> complete information covering a11 of the facts, and the applicant, by reason of the cireum-
<br />' stances set out above, does not have such �udgment.
<br /> THE COURT FURTHER FTND� that Ernest T. Lindgren of Grand Island, is a suitable person to
<br /> act as conservator for the applicant; that the applicant requires approximately Thirty-five
<br /> (�3�.00) Doll�.rs per week to pay living expenses for he and his family.
<br /> �,HE COURT FURT�iER FINDS that the wife of the applicant can do tY�e ma�or part of the
<br /> h sical labor involved in the tourist camp business in which the a plicant is en ed•

<br /> that the wife, Margaret P. MeBain ia the �oint owner of the undertakin� with her hu�band:
<br /> I� the said Margaret P. McBain to account to the conservator daily Por the reeeipts, and to
<br /> I further keep full and complete recorda of the receipts and to submit any current weekly or
<br />'I monthly bills to the conservator for his approval.
<br /> I �'HE COURT FURTHER FTND3 that LeRoy E. McBain has an interest in the following described
<br /> . real e state :
<br /> Part of the Southeast Quarter of the �outheast Quarter (�E� �E4) of 3eetion Twen'ty-
<br /> one (21) , in Township Eleven (11) North, Ra,nge Nine (9) , West of the 6th P.M. , more
<br /> particular3y described as f ollows: Beglnnin� at a point in the East line of' said
<br /> Section, Five Hundred Six and one-half (5062 feet South of the �outheast Corner
<br /> oP Pleasant Home Subdivision, running thence West and parallel t�rith the South line
<br /> of said subdivision, Por a distance of �ix Hundred Fifty-four (654�) f eet, to the
<br /> East line of the Eight (8) acre tract heretofore conveyed to Ernat Gra,efe, by
<br /> Warranty Deed recorded in Book �F9, at Page ,�4�8 of the Deed Records of Ha11 County,
<br /> Nebraska running thence South along last mentioned line for a diatance of Four
<br /> Hundred ��00) feet running thence East for a distance oP �ix Hundred Fifty-four
<br /> (65�) feet to the East line of said �eetion, and thence North for a distance of
<br /> Four Hundred (1�00� Peet to the plac� of b eginning, excepting therefrom, however,
<br /> those portions thereof conveyed �o �tto F. Zlomke,Jr. , and Eu�en3a Zlo�ike by
<br /> Warranty Deeds recorded zn Book 60 a� Page 587 and Boo}Z 79 at Page 428 of the
<br /> Deed Records of Hall Count;�, Nsbraska, and respeetiv�ly, and sub�ect also to
<br /> one-half of the county road on the East of said premises.
<br /> IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE C4URT that the appl.icant, LeRoy
<br /> E. McBain, have as his conservator, Ernest T. Lingren, are3 the said Ernest T. Lindgren is
<br /> hereby appointed conservator, and i� to furnish bond in the amount of Three Thousand
<br /> (�3,000.00) Dol�.ars; that the said Ernest T. Lindgren shall, as such conservator, oversee
<br /> the administration of the business and the aecounting o-� the funds, the payment of the bills
<br /> and the employment of �uch help as may be neeessary; the conservator to pay to the applicant
<br /> the sum of Thirty-five (�35.00� Dollars per week for necessary expenses.
<br /> IT IS FURTI�E z ORDERED that the conserv�,tor take any and all steps necessary in his
<br /> �udgment to protect the lnteres'�s of LeRoy E. Mc�ain and hia f amily and to render reports to
<br /> this Court when so requested. � �
