<br /> his lifetime, who died a.t Grand Island, Nebraska on January 29, 19�7, the owner oP the
<br /> Easterly One-half of the Westerly One-half (E2W�� of Block Sixteen (16) in '+Jindolph' s
<br /> Addition in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and �rell knew Edna F. Knuth, his widow,
<br /> Flarence Knuth Bockmann, his daughter, and Maxine Knuth Hasselman, his daughter; that I
<br /> was the attorney who handled the probate proceedings �ad in the County Court of Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, in Estate No. 3�09 in the Matt�r of the Estate of Arthur Knuth, deceased,
<br /> and pos�tively know of my own personal knowledge that the Florence Knuth Bockman, so named
<br /> throu�hd�ut said est�,te proceedings, ��a.s the daughter of said Arthur Knuth, deceased, and
<br /> was one and the same and identical person as �he Florence Knuth Bockmann who was one of the
<br /> grantors named in the warranty deed d�,ted August 25, 19�F7, and recorded in Book �7 at pa�e
<br /> 696 oP the deed records of Hall County, Nebraska; I further positively �now of my own
<br /> personal knowl,edge that the Maxine Knuth Hasselmann, so named throughout said estate pro-
<br /> ceeding�, was the daughter of said Arthur Knuth, deceased, and wae one and the same and
<br /> identi.cal person as the Ma�d ne Knuth Hasselman who was one of the grantors named in the
<br /> warranty deed d�,ted August 25, 1947, and recorded in Book �7 at page 696 of the deed
<br /> records of H�,11 County, Nebraska;
<br /> This affiant further atates that I positively know of my own knowledge that the _Edna
<br /> Knuth who made, executed ax�d acknowledged before me on January 22, 194�, the warranty
<br /> deed recorded in Hook 94 at p�,ge 622 of the deed records of Hall County, Nebraska, was one . �
<br /> and the same and identical person as the Edna F. Knuth named grantee in the taarranty d eed
<br /> recorded in Book �7 at page 69b of the deed records of Hall County, Nebraska, irrespective
<br /> oP the discrep�ncy in �aid names.
